I get this call occasionally , when they get the message machine, they hang up leaving no message.

National Check Registry http://www.checkregistry.org They have an F on BBB http://www.bbb.org/upstate-new-york/Business-Reviews/collection-agencies/national-check-registry-in-buffalo-ny-183539195 Guy will say that he's an arbitrator and that he's got your info from the court and that's never true, no court will hand down the into to a collection agency. They most likely got your phone from Public Records!

calls all the time is foreign accent (india more than likely) goes by Mr. smith.866-858-2984Leaves threatening messages in a way only they can.
