Millions Call

when I say hello there is no one there.  I get these calls about twice a day every single day.  I even called the number back and automated voice came on and said number has been disconnected !?  yet I still get the calls.

A boiler room that appears to be run by organized crime. No fear of law enforcement -- must be protected by corrupt elements in law enforcement. May be funding terrorism.
