This number showed up on my caller ID log, no message left although that was an option...figure it was a robo call

these people proclaimed incorrect no. soon as we stated 'Hello', however this got the delay at the start of ring just like with telesales autodialer.

Just got a missed call from this number.  Googled it and found this site with all of your comments.  I won't answer it if they call again.
