I get a call from this number once per week. The ID is 'blocked' but I have trapcall to unmask the block. They are an aggressive marketing company who sells promo products like pens.

BBS Partners. Calls and tells me that he wants to speak to Accounts Payable. I ask who this is and he says "Your Broker for the State of Illinois." I ask "what do you mean? What is our broker for the state of Illinois and what is this regarding?" The man who is on the line tells me "To Wait One Minute." and he hangs up.
