FCC Complaint: Live Voice

This # calls my cell phone constantly.  With caller ID I don't answer unless I know who it is. I don't know this # so I don't answer.  They never leave a message.  Maybe that's a good thing, too, so they don't use up my pre-paid minutes.

An unwanted call from this Highland VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, there was dead silence -- a strong sign of robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) who shamelessly prey on the public. Predators like this are why you should LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

Potential spoofed number. Caller ID falsely claims to be DHL Forwarding Global but no pick up for voicemail. Potential scam. Robocaller ignoring do not call registration. Fails to leave voicemail. Report to FTC and block number.
