This was a Social Security call stating my account was being locked due to fraud

I called this number from an informercial and asked for information on the product, then i told them no thank you i wasnt interested and they keep calling me and the guy that keeps calling even said that 'we are adults we can handle this another way' i told him to stop calling and he calls every day at lease 10 times

I'm guessing this is a telemarketer because they always ask for the owner by name and when I tell him that he isn't available and can I take a message they always say they will just call back. They never leave a message on the voice mail either and they call at least once a week - mostly after business hours.
