Where does this ring originate from?  Can any person get this type of no.?

Said I was to be "disconnected" for nonpayment. Not true even if they did say what it was for.

We are showing this no. as one that we rang with our mobile telephone which was practically never ever used! we have rang this number with our house telephone & all we get was voice mail. we dont recognise how this appears on our bill with Consumer Cellular as our telephone was often with us however never ever on either. Used for emergencies only! we do no hope to pay another fee to figure out who it is. Any suggestions?
