recieving calls from a stolen cell phone

ENDLESS repeat phone calls to my cell phone.sometimes 2 or 3 an hour, coming from the above number and 314-549-8132.I'm really getting tired of it.what's worse, I get charged for any land line calls to my cell, so this rings up a minute everytime they call...I didn't see the same numbers on here, but I did see one that was very close.

we didnt speak to the person calling & these people didnt pass on a msg. All we recognise was that the 284 region code was on the 'Scammer Beware. dont Call' directory. when you ring this no. back you'll be charged $10 to $100 / minute on ur telephone bill. Be careful!
