this number keeps calling... but noone asks...

this man named lance called told me i had a lawsuit againt me with the social security number ending in 4691 told me this is the last time he will call i called back they said they had to get my file i gave them my attorneys phone number

This is absolutly harassment is a stupid person / business call several times a day and never say anything. If you pick the phone all you hear is a lot of clicks, and if you do not answere they never stop calling you.It must somehow determine the person and take him to court and make him pay for his stupid behavior

I received several harrassing and threatening texts from this number. The first one came yesterday, October 29. 2010 at 2:49pm. The remainder of them came today, October 30, 2010 beginning at 11:40am

Will not answer or answer when you call them back.    got 4 calls in one 30 min. period

Calls from local exchange, but out of state.
