I got a call from this number during class

The FCC received a complaint for Unwanted Calls from Metairie, Louisiana on 2019-11-17

I called that number and asked where they were located and she refused to answer my question, I am a call center manager and BY LAW when a customer askes WHERE YOU ARE LOCATED they are BY LAW to answer you.

Calls come as many as three times daily, at all hours of the day, relentlessly now for over a month! Surely there is a law against harassment like this
