Harrasment in danger to citizens

Automated voice telling me it was a "test"call. Than stated it was time to stay home for my safety.

I just got a text from this number saying it was Jay. Wierd.

Keep getting calls from this number but no message. Called back and got a message that the number is temporarily disconnected. Name, above, associated with this phone number - that person is deceased so someone is scamming via this number. Be aware.
