This number was received on one of my phone lines twice. No one says anything on the other end and I do not know who this is

These guys are nothing but crooks.  Report them. There is a Michelle and a Mr. Adair. They try to sound official.  Sheriffs ofc and atty. general know bout them and checking them out.  Arrests soon to follow. I am working on tracking them and letting a few people in there pay for their actions.
