customer support Rep ask for somebody we was aware of but soon as requested exactly what firm this is she stated this was a private business matter & that she couldnt give us the identity of her firm. she subsequently said, Ma'am this does not must be this difficult & she would keep on to ring back. she hung up!

asking for social security no.s, birthdate, ring you stating you owe a large telephone bill subsequently give you social security last four digits & birthday one year off therefore you can answer back giving 'em the right no.s. therefore these people can con you later?
