This number calls our office every morning and hangs up as soon as I answer. I called it back and the recording says I am being transferred, but disconnects within 45 seconds.

Caller identified herself as being from Dynamic Recovery Systems Inc. This is a bottom-feeding debt collector that buys up old accounts for pennies on the dollar and then attempts to trick people into sending in payments they don't owe for nonexistent debts by threatening their credit rating.
