Avoided answering caller in caller did not leave message

Goes by the name Howard. Works bartending at Red Onion in Madison Park Beach in Seattle. This guy was all friendly and flirtatious at first. I mean looking at me flirtatiously AND gave FREE drinks my FIRST TIME there and right away AND saying to come back when he’s off work AND giving you his number but THEN says he has a girlfriend AND showed me pictures of her AND said we can still be friends BUT says he’s NOT in an open relationship AND texts you his work schedule THEN just walks away and didn’t reply back

i'm not sure who is calling; i put it on my reject list, but i can still see they call 2-3x daily.i think it may be a ft laud person trying to move my car as i did ask for internet quotes and i guess its a weird business, but no other firm is doing this harassing daily call thing.i tried to get off the automated call list by pressing the button they said, but it didnt work.i made a complaint on the national do not call list advisory.if anyone has this problem, pls do the same.
