Got text identical to "A Web User"s. Reported as federal law violations to both w.donotcall.gov as well as http://esupport.fcc.gov/complaints.htm. Reporting to the latter has been especially effective for me - I've never gotten a 2nd call from a number that I've previously filed a complaint on. This could be illegal telemarketing, but could also be attempted identify theft, since you'd have to provide bank account info to get money wired into it.
