This was a recording. ' Interesting trick we have to say. Thankfully these people did not ring back again -- Yet.

told us that our cc has been used in Guatemala numerous times in varying $$ amounts. The person calling kept to speak & would not let us interrupt his to inform his that he might have called the incorrect no. & the person calling eventually hanged up soon as we remained quiet. rang lasted about 45 seconds.
