Caller stated a Portfolio recovery associates debt collector and was going to use all info to collect a debt from my son. I called my son at work and he said that they were lying to me about him owing a debt. I believe it because my son has good credit and the debt collector is in trouble with state attorney generals as well as many lawsuits.

This number was obtained by a 3rd party seller MyFax.com where we were assured this 905-215 was a local Oshawa number. It is not, every attempt to call this number from a local Oshawa telephone number results in a long distance message. Complaints filed with the reseller has only resulted in the reseller stating the phone number is a local Oshawa number, which it is not.
