Millions Call

i received a message from a janelle peters and she was quite rude and stated she worked with clark county courts and will be delivering court documents for me to sign. she gave me this number for upstate management collections who hung up on me when i told them i was filing bankruptcy and i told them that they have to contact my attorney and then they hung up on me. they too claimed that they did not have a janelle peters working with them. I also spoke to other people who received the same call from this or these same people stating the same thing i am stating right now. what to do? i am not afraid of them and don't care at this point.

Got this number from a woman named Cara who came to my home looking for me. My son called her back and she said she wanted to speak to me about a retirement account at Colonial Penn and could I please call her back. I don't have any accounts with this company.
