Called at 5:30am and did not respond, but stayed on the line.

Received 2 calls one at 10:00 p.m. the other at 4:00 A.M. first did not leave a voice mail - second one did saying it was a collect call - this was on a land line phone. This indicated it was a collect call and said to get a quote press 8 when I tried to press 8 to get a quote the message was ended saying you have no more new messages. I do not answer calls from numbers I do not recognize - this stated the number 972-728-7286 and the ID was PCS - when I tried to call it from another phone it indicated it could be an international number

Sounded like a mechanical voice didn’t say who they were trying to reach but I needed to call before legal proceedings they did not identify company or who they represented .
