phone call to my cell phone--no message

Always calls, does not say a word. Finally blocked them.

two phone calls/ no messages same day 4 1/2 hours apart turns out to be a publishing company...told them i was on no call list and hung up...wow..isn't it great that they've made our cellphone numbers public?

i want to know who number belong to. It looked like the caller is from another world to me. Because they harassment me every single days.
