our telephone called at 6:27am on 9/19/10 (Sunday morning). our Calling-ID showed 'Clinton Co Centr'. . Thinking this might happen to be the Clinton Correctional Center (jail) & might be somebody we was aware of is in trouble we rang back, however noone picked up & there is no automated msg. A reverse search shows this no. belongs to 'Lucinda Low', & was not related with Clinton County. . Lucinda, who are you & why are you bothering us at 6:27 in the morning?
