Received a message from a male saying he was calling about my car. I think his name was Alex.

This is the final attempt to reach you regarding your student loan prequalification you've been pre-approved for a lower monthly payment and possibly loan forgiveness on your student loans due to our numerous attempts to reach you at no success your eligibility will be revoked if we do not hear from you within the next 48 hours and you will no longer be offered any of these programs for the remainder of your loan term Press 2 to speak to 1 of our specialist now before your eligibility is revoked pressed to now and claim your lower monthly payments and possibly be eligible to have your loans forgiven if you want to decline this offer press 1 now and you'll be placed on our do not call list and your pre-approval will be cancelled.

stated they were my grandson and in trouble , when I questioned further called me an old hag and hung up

Caller gave options on which buttons to press if they wanted a lower interest rate on their credit cards. Never identified the credit card by name, just Visa.

I'm sick of these calls.  I've been getting them for a week now and if I get one more I'm going to scream.  That's probably the ticket.  I'll scream when I answer instead of saying hello.  Maybe if I scream loud enough it will deafen them.
