Millions Call

This number calls multiple times a day including early in the morning at 7 or 8 A.M.. If you block the number they just call back with a different number. They need to be stopped.

we picked up the telephone and each time (answered twice, however is rang four times) this is a recorded message in spanish. we hung up, rang again, picked up, identical spanish recording, stated no and hung up, two more rings we did not answer.
