3 calls in 4 minutes. No voicemail leftst a random spammer

I keep getting a call from this number. they say "we are calling with an attempt to call..." i seriously forgot the person's name but I get this almost everyday. I am not that person and I wish they would get the point, that this is not this person's phone number.

Called trying to get me to call and hassle Congressman Kirk.

Melissa constantly calls and texts messages for me to date her friend. We broke up over a year ago. I have changed my phone number once and now live on the other side of the country. Melissa has sent 1,462 texts in the last 22 hours stating 'date her date her date her.'. She also calls from a blocked phone number about 50 times a day. This is harassment. She was asked to stop previously. Somehow she got my new number and has started the harassment again. I want it to stop.

Called saying his car was hit that day and my number was on his car which is impossible since I live half way across the country from him
