sending me strange cell text and calling me cute and things do not accept these texts

middle of the evening ring no one speaking we live at the other side of the country

When I asked who was on the phone, they hung up.

I have received 2 texts from this number. They were asking if I wanted to save money on my gas or electric bills. I replied "STOP" and received a text back saying that they were sorry for any inconvenience. Today I received another text.

Yup same here, no message May 2nd
