Millions Call

The call started off with a message/robocall then a person came on the phone... The call started off as a robocall from a bank and credit card company. I kept asking questions they couldn't answer. They were trying to get my personal info. They kept telling me that they worked for Visa and Mastercard and were going to lower my interest rate for numerous c.cards. they then hung up on me out of the blue. When I called back a gentleman answered. I told him I was returning a call and he said I was lieing and i wasn't calling them back to use their services. Then he hung up on me. He then turned his phone off because I tried calling back numerous times.
