Calls once a month on the 29th. NO idea who it is and will not answer calls back or texts asking who it is.

we do not know this number as anybody we know. The msg says: Congratulations!!! I just had home!!!

I received 3 different calls the caller id's himself as a representative of Microsoft. Caller has a very heavy mideastern accent and a minimal command of English. Uses many English idioms incorrectly stating that the operating system of our computer is corrupted and compromised and asks for personal information in order to correct the problem. I told him I did not believe what he was saying and I hung up. All calls have been similar in content and requests. The phone number 800-423-5778 was given to me when I asked for it but caller id identified it as "unavailable out of area"
