ctu calls my every week about thier college programs. iv said no many times and asked them to stop

this number has been calling me at random for the past year and when i pick up it is a man having a conversation in another language. whoever you are-stop calling me.

called and hung up upon answering... oddly i wasnt able to get a dial tone on my line for almost 5 minutes.. upon *69 and calling the number back the person picked up and hung up several times
