Was RUDE STATING I AM NOT YOUR CHILD OR DOG ETC.... ma’am you have poor customer service skills and I will definitely report her/this company to the BBS. THIS COMPANY REP IS RUDE AND MISGUIDED ON HOW TO HANDLE “CLIENTS” WHO OBVIOUSLY AREN’T SATISFIED! SHE CALLS WHILE IM AT WORK SEVERAL TIMES WITHIN THE WEEK! PRIOR TO BEING ASKED NICELY TO REMOVE MY NUMBER FROM THEIR REGISTRY AS MY SISTER PUT ME DOWN AS A REFERENCE! It’s disrespectful and disturbing to keep asking THE SAME PERSON TO STOP CALLING MY NUMBER! So yessssss I said AT WHAT IS IT THAT YOU ARE NOT UNDERSTANDING ABOUT ME ASKING YOU TO PLEASEEEE STOP CALLING MY PHONE!!!!!!!! I NEVER CUSSED YOU OUT LIKE I COULD HAVE. BUT IM MOT IGNORANT AND RUDE. MA’AM YOU CONTINUED TO HANG UP ON ME AS I ATTEMPTED TO EXPLAIN MY FRUSTRATION WITH THIS COMPANY! YOU ARE BLOCKED AND NOW IM REPORTING YOU FOR YOUR HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
