This person called my house at 3 am then called my cell at 5am. then changed to blocked and called both phones4 more times

Collection Agency. Save 'em as a contact & subsequently set their ringtone to no call & you'll not be bothered anymore.

Get a ring about once every other month with this no. we do not do business with anybody with this region & have no friend's or family there. Again, we do not reply & these people do not pass on a msg.

rang us however line however completely silent soon as we picked up. The no. 910-795-1308 is on mycaller identity two weeks ago. Not stating it is scammer, just suspicious of this.
