these people rang us & informed us that we owed 'em money. however these people did not recognise exactly what creditor & needed us to inform 'em our SSN & address. exactly what a Joke.

They need to look the definitions of the words they use in the ad: up scale, large, patio, breakfast bar, air conditioning, and garden up in the dictionary before using them as adjectives! Manager who gave us the tour, changed her name on us, and seemed to be paranoid about showing us any units.
