Call telling you you have been chosen for Student Loan Forgiveness

The name says Jim Wright on Caller ID. It ring three times after which it abruptly hung up.

Repeat calls with no response from caller.

A very rude person called this my mother's home, and when I told him she was in the hospital, he demanded the number to her hospital room!  I did not give it to him, as he was very nasty.  We think he was probably a bill collector, but mom has no debts that she knows of. She did however, co-sign for a friend a few years ago, hope that's not the reason for the call!

This number calls my cell phone.  I call it back and it says to 'enter my pin number'

A guy by the name of Andrew called. Left a message asking to call him back... Thats it... No company name, no "regarding this matter"... has got to be telemarketing of some kind.
