Called at 12:15.  No one there.  Called back number the next day.  Heard a bunch of DTMF tones and then disconnected.  Caller ID said A Concerned Cit(izen).

these people have rang our mobile telephone three times in the past week. As when we inform 'em these people have the incorrect no., these people put the phone down on us.

Dept of pc for software I supposedly bought for 299? No longer in business so can no longer support software? Hard to understand and a robo call left message on phone answering machine.
