This number is calling me every 2 hours and never leave a message. I don't know anyone in that area and I do not answer if I don't know who is calling.

It's the Entertainment Coupon Book company.They really only do business with non-profit companies so if they are calling you by mistake, and you call them back, they will remove your number when you tell them you do not belong to any non-profit organization. They should be able to locate you in the database by your phone number. I know, everything sounds like a scam, but this is a legitimate business, they just don't do so good with getting rid of old numbers or numbers that don't answer.
