This number keeps calling my place of employment 10+ times per day. They are very rude to whomever answers the phone and drills them with questions. The lady said her name is Barbara Odare from Bay Captial. She was asked by many people to quit calling this work line, yet she continues to do so. If this is a debt collector they go WAY beyond what they are allowed to do and break the law time and time again. VERY harassing people ... I just got the same call from this 8887458465 # and they refuse to allow anyone to transfer to me and when i called back I was told that no one from there would have called me .. I gave the "claim" # that they left and it brought up someone elses information . I was then asked to confirm who I was ..
