keeps on phoning & doesnt pass on a msg.

this number keeps calling me and won't leave a message and I try to call it back and it is like a fax machine.When I do answer when they call,they won't say anything

THEY ARE CALLING ALL HOURS FROM EARLY MORNING TO LATE AT NIGHT.MY HUSBAND AND I ARE NOT SURE WHAT THESE PEOPLE WANT THEY CALL AND SAY OH WRONG NUMBER THEN CALL BACK AND THEY KEEP ON IM SO PISSED OFF WE R HAVING R PHONE NUMBER BLOCKED AND REPORTING THIS NUMBER .THIS IS INSANE.I DO NOT BELIEVE ANYONE SHOULD BE ABLE TO HAVE A PRIVACY NUMBER .WHEN  SOMEONE IS CALLING U WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO KNOW ON CALLER ID WHO IT IS .I VOTE NEVER TO HAVE PRIVACY NUMERS OF ANYKIND.DONT KNOW ME DONT CALL ME.

You said before charging that you had full information and then come with nothing this is fraud
