They try to sound legal and official by mentioning 'case numbers' and it is only a form of intimidation. They will use all means to search for family members and call their cells numbers. These people are despicable. They harrassed an elderly woman who had no idea what they were calling about. They go by the name of 'Federal Recovery' and claim to be a Federal processor. Don't fall for it.
