this person calls all hours of the day and night. When I answer they sit there and wont say a word.

Mid afternoon... just got a call with music playing for 20seconds. Nobody spoke. Then it was disconnected. Doesn't anyone know who this is coming from?

this is a sms proclaiming that our Citibank ATM card was deactivated which went to a mobile telephone not even pegged to the ATM or bank account.

No answer, no dial tone
