I am an underage girl and this caller goes by the name of andre. He got my number and kept calling against my wishes and is much older than I, maybe late 20s? When I asked him to stop contacting me he kept saying all he wanted to be was 'a friend'. Very creeperish, kept wanting my personal information and would not let me hang up. I called my phone service provider and blocked his number. I suggest others do the same if they do not want him being a creeper to their daughter.
