debt collector hiding behind local no. 'Law Office of Joe Pezzuto' uses 210-787-5033

I've been getting calls from this number once a day since November 14th, all between 7-8 p.m.

This no. rang us & began spamming a bunch of stuff, anybody recognise who this is?

Claims to be IRS and needs me to cal them back

Claimed to be from AGL & wanted to speak about my power account and for me to return call.

I just got the call from 973-603-2811.  I will assume they were on an auto dialer because it took a moment for the person to come on the line.  They tried to speak, but did not get their words out before the call cut off.  I dare them to call again.

Sent me a text - my name, address and a link to a website that was random letters and #’s. Blocked the phone number.
