Unwanted calls did not leave msg

Claims to be Digital Savings Club guy... wanted to give $100 Walmart Coupon and without even asking if we are ok with what he is offering he is directly asking for the credit card number. dont know how to check if this is a fraud

Called and left a message stating that I had 2 allegations against me and threatened that if I did not return call, they would considered the allegations founded and proceed. They, however failed to say who they were. My girlfriend called the number back and got an answering machine that said this is Devons leave a message. They must be using unsuspecting people's personal phone numbers.

Usually I do not answer numbers I do not know... tho the area code is from Arizona and a couple of my family members are in Arizona currently so I answered. No voice just a pause for about 10 seconds and then hung up.
