Yep, its Citi cards phoning to bug you about a late payment. these people ring constantly, nearly 8x a day. we eventually starting saving the telephone no.s & setting the ringer to silent, therefore now these people wont bother meat least until these people ring with the next new no. complete psycho, made threats, said hell call the police and cause trouble in my neighborhood etc. All because I didn't answer his random call when I was already in an appt.

Gotten a couple letters from this place with the 888-371-8899 number. says it's from "Credit Card Assistance Center" - I'm pretty suspicious of it - i've heard all of these reduce your debt stuff is a scam.
