I've received 2 calls in the last 2 days from J. Newman. Left no message.

I got a call from this number at 9:15 p.m., Thursday, August 11, 2011. The caller said he was calling from the courthouse to resolve a series of unpaid parking tickets I was responsible for. I told him I had no unpaid tickets and asked what vehicle the tickets were written for. He didn't answer the question, but replied that the citation was for being too stupid to drive. I hung up.

This number is always calling my cellphone, but when I answer they hang up, then when I call back, I always get a busy signal... must be some form of government agency or someone keeping taps.

They call and don't leave voicemail.

When I call that number back I get a recording to call back latter
