Millions Call

Random call to my cell phone. Recently Ive been getting phone calls with nobody on the other end. Heres another example.

got a identical ring with proclaiming to be with UPS. requested for address info, however not credit card.

i keep receiving calls from this number.. no one says anything..i call back its disconnected

This number keeps showing up on our caller ID screen - never leaves a message. a google search comes up with an address for an apartment on C* Street, NYC, and a name of Soon Lee.
