FCC Complaint: Live Voice

They have been messaging me about this situation a few times now claiming that my chase account had been hacked by someone and tampering with it. I checked my account and there seems to be no problem.

Got a voice mail from someone saying that there name it's marshal Kilpatrick and i have several charges against me and i can call the plaintiff at 855-477-1372 this is about the 15th call I've gotten in the past three months the first time i got one i called the number back and they stated that i had taken out a loan and didn't pay it back and if i don't want to go to jail pay back the loan and when i asked them what company did i so call take the loan out with they told me the cash store and i told them I've never taking a loan out with that place and I'm going to call the cash store my self and they hung up so i called the cash store corporate office and told them about the call and they said it was a scam and that they have been getting alot of calls from people about the emerging as me and two days later the same people called me again saying the same story this time they claimed it was a different company i reported the number to Better Business Bureau
