Millions Call

Portfolio Recovery is a scam collection Agency that buys written off debt and tries to scam you into paying

They have called me 36 times over the course of two months. Say I stayed at a resort (not true) and that I won a free trip. I have repeatedly asked them to stop calling, but the lady just talks over me or stops until I am done and then continues talking. They vary the time of day they call. Often in the afternoons, but also as late as 8:46PM.

This was a man known as Kelly Dunn. she bothers to leave a bogus generic business card with the identity of IPS Delivery Services. There was no such firm. this is with a TV show. dont recognise exactly what her con is. rang the no. she picked up. this was a mobile no. she didnt say 'IPS' or use any standard corporate greeting. Just a generic 'hello'. we requested who she is & I had into some obnoxious back & forth. That was all we know.

Just got a call from this number but I do not ever answer strange calls.

i have reported this firm to te federal trade commission & the dates solicitor general. these people are abusive & in violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
