Called about 10 am (MST) No one on other end. When called back, error message plays saying welcome to verizon wireless.

I received a call from this number. The name that came up on the caller ID said Jamaica. The guy said that he was with UPS and he had a package to deliver to us. When asked who the package was from he said the government, it was a big package with $35000.00 and a new car, when I told him he was full of it, he said yea we are full of it f@#ker and hung up.
