This number calls me constantly with no message.

I don't know who this is, but they're extremely irritating. They called me on 2012-06-20 at 15:45. I didn't recognize the number, so I let it ring through to voicemail. Rather than leave a voicemail, they called back immediately at 15:46. This is incredibly rude, and is a phone gesture classically reserved only for emergencies, and even then, only for people who personally know you. I have a day job, and blowing up my phone during my business hours and refusing to leave a voicemail is unacceptable. The callerID said "678-207-5247 americancybersy". A quick Google search finds nothing of consequence except that they might have purchased the entire 5200-block of numbers in the 207 exchange of the 678 area code.

I got a robo call saying it was "Tom' from the healthcare marketplace and to press some number to speak to a representative.

A girl with a slight accent called stating her name was Oliv ...

Trying to see who this is.
