rang did not pass on a msg & rang 'em back & had a quick engaged signal. irritating

This number randomly calls me but never leaves a message.    Says it is a landline but???

Threats and calling me obscene names.

This number called me and left no message. I called back and a message came up that it was the Social Security Administration and that the number was no longer in service.

This is a guy who has been trying to contact me for several months, but I refuse to respond. He says "hey" and things of that nature, but it is very annoying and he won't stop.
